Following confirmation of your booking a 30% deposit
will be required, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation
In the event of your having to cancel your booking the deposit would be non-refundable with 40% of balance due if cancelled within 4 weeks of start date, 60% due within three weeks of start date and 80% due if within 2 weeks of start date of holiday.
Should the property be re-let within the cancellation period, it may be possible to refund the deposit at the discretion of the owner.
